ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management system that is considered a symbol of quality, effective management and a structured approach to customer dialogue worldwide.

The purpose of ISO 9001 quality management is to establish clear definitions of processes, values, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. This creates an organizational framework that serves as a recognized and fundamental management tool.

Having previously achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification, we at GCM are looking forward to implementing the new quality management software from IPW. This software not only ensures that procedures are followed, but also makes it easier for us to manage our data and documents efficiently.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification means that we remain a reliable business partner that continues to dedicate significant resources to maintaining a consistently high level of quality in all our activities. We are committed to delivering quality products, but also ensuring that our internal processes and management systems are in line with the highest international standards.
