A DC motor is powered by direct current and is one of our most popular motors, used in many different industries and applications.<\/p>\n

We offer brush and brushless DC motors<\/a>. The advantage of this type of motor is that it has controllable speed, which is beneficial in many industrial applications. In addition, it has a high starting torque and high performance.<\/p>\n

We sell DC electric motors from several international suppliers, and the motors are therefore available in a wide range of torque and voltage ranges.<\/p>\n

The power of the motors is available from 0.7 W to 2250 W depending on the manufacturer and can be produced as 48v, 36v, 24v, or 12v DC motors.<\/p>\n

We also offer customized solutions where we adapt the motor to your specific preferences – whether it’s a high speed, specific torque, or a mix of both, we will help you develop the best solution.<\/p>\n

The DC motors can also be delivered with different gears<\/a> and encoders<\/a>, and we are happy to assemble or disassemble the individual parts so that you get everything assembled correctly.<\/p>\n

Kollmorgen offers 40 standard PMDC motors for low voltage, washdown, and explosion-proof models from 93 to 2,240 W. Standard motors are UL approved. Most standard models are also CSA Certified.<\/p>\n
