Spur gears work by transmitting rotary motion from one shaft to another via the gear wheel.<\/span><\/p>\n

We sell gearboxes from various international suppliers, and the products have their compact design and high efficiency in common. In addition, the gear is also available in several sizes to suit many application types and areas. <\/span><\/p>\n

The gears are available with torques from 0.03 up to 2060 Nm and with a gear ratio of 2.55:1-3280:1 depending on the manufacturer. <\/span><\/p>\n

The ABM spur gears are available with either foot or flange. The gears are of high quality, with a focus on high efficiency and a compact design. It is a very robust and maintenance-free solution. The spur gears also have one of the highest efficiencies on the market at around 98% per stage, making them one of the most widely used gear types. Bevel gearing and ground tooth flanks guarantee a low noise level and precise power transmission. The gears are available with different motor variants with or without brake.<\/p>\n

The gearboxes are produced in different sizes and can be delivered customized. In addition, the gearboxes can be delivered as SOLO gearboxes, i.e. the gearbox can be delivered with input and output shafts.<\/p>\n
